Training account information. When you purchase training, we create an account and record your access level, plan, and progress through the materials.

Community participation. If you join our Facebook group or Skool community, your participation is also governed by the privacy practices of those platforms.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interaction data. Used for security, analytics, and reporting.

Business Data You Connect to Our Services

Where you use our Company Performance Dashboard or our Yelp Management service, you may authorize us to access data held in your CRM, your advertising accounts, or your Yelp business account.

This data may include information about your own customers, such as names, phone numbers, addresses, and service history.
